    The warranty period for Haolee products is 24 months. Damage to the exterior of the paint, glass in the product, such as door glass, glass laminate, mirror glass, etc., and ceramics and other fragile products are not covered by the warranty; within the warranty period, In the event of quality problems, we will provide free on-site repair services. The warranty period is calculated from the date the product is sold and a valid certificate is issued.

Product maintenance instructions

Precautions:

[1] Direct sunlight, heat source: Exposure to the sun or close to air conditioners or radiators may cause cracking, deformation, or discoloration of solid wood household products.

[2] Long-term exposure to high-humidity environment or contact with water: Long-term exposure to high-humidity environment or directly wiping solid wood products with water or wet towels will easily cause wood swelling.

[3] Long-term dry environment: Long-term use of air conditioners, heating equipment, or long-term ventilation in dry seasons can easily cause moisture loss and shrinkage of wood. Humidifiers must be used at the same time to ensure that the indoor air is in the normal humidity range ( 40%~70%rh).

[4] Direct placement of high-temperature electrical appliances, high-concentration alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, natural petroleum gas, chemical reagents, paints, hot boiling water, etc. will cause burn marks, burn marks, and paint dilution marks.

[5] The installation conditions of solid wood products are not met, and the customer forcibly requires the installation to cause consequences.
